Kat runs a SCA gossip & garb (aka stitch & bitch) once a month...
this month we are having a "swap meet" as well! QUOTE Saturday 25th July is the July Material/Trim Swap Meet at Northern Gossip and Garb Attention all those who have unwanted material, trim etc! Do you have items hidden away in your cupboard or shed, that you have hoarded for ages and really don't think you will use? You are not alone. There are others who share your affliction! So, why not see if anyone else would have a use for it? What to do?: find any material, trim, cording, thread, embroidery stuff etc... anything that can be used to make garb or A&S-y stuff Where to go?: Karen & David's place (if you need details, I'll provide them privately) How it works: You swap bits and bobs with others - their stuff you want for your stuff they want. And everyone goes home happy....  Let's see how much stuff we can swap for that garb we have always wanted! ... and it's free!!!!
